Songwriting Lessons

Service Description

In our lessons, I will teach you to tap into your creative potential, brainstorm song ideas, write chord progressions, use rhythm, rhyme, and lyrical poetry to express yourself and create melodies that compliment your lyrical ideas. You'll learn about the structure of songs, how to write an intro, verse, pre-chorus, chorus, bridge, etc. and how to use instrumentation to bring your songs to life! I believe that songwriting is an incredible gift and tool, with which you can express the deepest places in your heart and mind, as well as connect to so many others who might hear and resonate with your songs. I also understand what it can be like to find ourselves creatively blocked, or weighed down by an inner critic, self doubts, or perfectionism. And I know how important it can be to have someone there when it gets hard to help and encourage us. I would be honored to be that supportive presence to you as you take these courageous steps towards expressing your creativity.
